# How to Connect Freshservice to Albato

IN THIS ARTICLE

[Freshservice](https://freshservice.com/) is a cloud-based IT service management (ITSM) platform that helps businesses streamline operations. [Connect](https://albato.com/apps/freshservice) Freshservice with Albato to integrate it with over 800+ apps, including AI tools like [CharGPT](https://albato.com/apps/openai) and [Grok](https://albato.com/apps/grok). Follow the steps below to set it up.

1.  [Log in](https://albato.com/app/user/auth/login?lang=en) to your Albato account.

2.  Go to the **Apps section** and click **Add a connection**.

3.  Search for **Freshservice**, select it, and click **Add a connection** again.

4.  In a new tab, log in to your Freshservice account.

5.  Click on your avatar and go to **Profile Settings**.

6.  Next, click **Your API Key**.

7.  Copy your **API key**.

8.  Return to Albato and paste the API Key into the input field. Then, copy your company’s domain from the browser address bar and enter it. Click **Continue**.
