# How to Connect Documint to Albato

[Documint](https://albato.com/apps/documint) is a document automation platform that helps businesses generate PDFs from templates and structured data. Connect Documint with Albato to integrate it with 1000+ apps, including AI tools like [Grok](https://albato.com/apps/grok) and [Claude](https://albato.com/apps/claude_ai_anthropic). Follow the steps below to set it up.

### Step-by-step instructions

1.  [Log in](https://albato.com/app/user/auth/login?lang=en) to your Albato account.

2.  Go to the **Apps** section and click **Add a connection**.

3.  Search for Documint, select it, and click **Add a connection** again.

5.  Name your connection.

6.  Log in to your [Documint dashboard](https://app.documint.me/) to get your API key.
    
7.  Go to the **Settings**, then **Integration** section.

8.  Click **Create API key**.

9.  Name your key.

8.  Next, copy your **API Key**.

9.  Go back to Albato, paste the **API Key** into the input field, and click **Continue**.
