# How to Connect Cvent to Albato

IN THIS ARTICLE

[Cvent](https://albato.com/apps/cvent) is an event management platform that helps businesses plan, promote, and execute events. Connect Cvent with Albato to integrate it with over 1000+ apps, including AI tools like [Grok](https://albato.com/apps/grok) and [Claude](https://albato.com/apps/claude_ai_anthropic). Follow the steps below to set it up.

### Step-by-step instructions

1.  [Log in](https://albato.com/app/user/auth/login?lang=en) to your Albato account.

2.  Go to the **Apps** section and click **Add a connection**.

3.  Search for **Cvent**, select it, and click **Add a connection** again.

4.  **Name** your connection.

5.  In a new tab, log in to your [Cvent](https://cvent.com/) account. Click **Create application**.

7.  Select **Web application** as the application type.

8.  Fill in the required fields.

8.  Set the following scopes by selecting **all available access options**.  
    Click **Save** to create the app.

11.  Then click on **View applications**.

12.  ThenCopy your **Client ID** and **Client Secret**.

13.  Return to Albato and paste the **Client ID** and **Secret** into the fields. Select your **region**. Click **Continue**.
