# How to Connect Cognito Forms to Albato

[Cognito Forms](https://albato.com/apps/cognito_forms) is an online form builder that helps teams create advanced forms, surveys, and workflows without coding. By connecting Cognito Forms with Albato, you can automate form submissions, sync data across 1000+ apps, including AI tools, and streamline your lead collection process. Follow the steps below to set it up.

1.  **Log in** to your Albato account.

2.  Go to the **Apps section** and click **Add a connection**.

3.  Search for **Cognito Forms**, select it, and click **Add a connection** again.

4.  Name your connection.

5.  To get your **API key**, [log in](https://www.cognitoforms.com/login) to your Cognito Forms account in a new tab.

6.  Go to the **Settings** section in your workspace.

7.  Next, click on **Integrations**.

8.  Tap the **New API Key** button.

9.  Then, copy the generated **API Key**.

10.  Paste the **API Key** into the field on the Albato page and click **Continue**.

11.  Albato will generate a **Webhook URL** – copy it. You’ll need it in the next step.

12.  Select the form you want to connect and click **Build Form**.

13.  Click on **Post JSON Data to a Website**.

14.  Next, paste the copied **Webhook URL** into all three fields and click **Save** to apply the changes.
