# How to connect Bling to Albato

IN THIS ARTICLE

[Bling is an ERP system that simplifies invoicing and billing](https://albato.com/apps/bling), and integrates with major e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. Connect Bling with Albato to integrate it with over 1,000+ apps, including AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini.

**Available triggers**

> Triggers are the events that trigger the automation, All triggers run in real time, i,e, data is transferred in the moment the event occurs

-   Created new bills to pay

**Available actions**

> Actions are what Albato performs when your automation is running, Actions also allow you to transfer data to other apps and systems

-   Create сontact
-   Create suppliers
-   Update suppliers
-   New Sales Order(Beta)
-   Insert an invoice into the system (Beta)
-   Update contact
-   New bills to pay
-   New bills to receive(Beta)
-   Get contact by ID

## How to connect Bling to Albato

Before setting up integrations with Bling, connect the app to Albato.

To do this, go to the **Apps** section and click the **Add a connection** button.

Select the app and click the **Add a connection** button.

Come up with a name for your connection or save the default one. Enter your access token. This token can be found in your Bling account. Click the **Continue** button.

### How to get Access token

Sign in to your [Bling](https://www.bling.com.br/b/) account.

Go to the Todas as configurações tab.

Go to the Sistema section -> Usuários e usuário API.

Click on the Incluir usuário button.

Click on the USUÁRIO API button.

In the Nome field enter any name _(e.g. Test)_. Click on the Gerar button.

Check all boxes by ticking the Selecionar todos button.

Go to the Suprimentos, Vendas, Finanças, Serviços and Preferências tabs. Check all boxes by ticking the Selecionar todos button.

Copy the API key.

Go to the Albato connection settings and pate the value into the required field.

Click the **Continue** button.

The connection is ready!
