# How to Connect Attio to Albato

IN THIS ARTICLE

[Attio](https://albato.com/apps/attio) is a CRM workspace for managing contacts, companies, lists, tasks, and notes.

Connect Attio with Albato to integrate it with 1,000+ apps, including AI tools like [ChatGPT](https://albato.com/apps/openai) or [Grok](https://albato.com/apps/grok), and automate workflows. Follow the steps below to complete the setup.

## Step-by-step instructions

1.  [Log in](https://albato.com/app/user/auth/login?lang=en) to your Albato account.

2.  Go to the **Apps** section and click **Add a connection**.

3.  Type **Attio** in the search field, select it from the results, and click **Add a connection**.

4.  Albato will ask for an **Access Token**. Keep this tab open and go to your [Attio account](https://app.attio.com/).

5.  In Attio, open your workspace menu and go to **Workspace settings**.

6.  Open **Developers** and click **New access token**.

7.  Set the required permissions to **Read-write**.

8.  Set the token expiration to **Disabled**, enter a token name, and click **Save**.

9.  Copy the generated access token.

10.  Return to Albato. Name the connection, paste the **Access Token**, and click **Continue**.

11.  The connection is ready.
