### API

It is an automation mode when data is transferred within three minutes.

### Tools

### Error

This is a response from a third-party app that the action you want Albato to perform cannot be done for some reason. Errors stop the automation by default. The scenario is considered incomplete if one of the apps in the automation reports an error.

### Connection

It is a process of transferring data between Albato and your account in another app. The number of connections in your Albato plan indicates how many accounts of one app you can use in the automation at the same time. So, for example, within the Basic plan you can transfer data between one Facebook account + one amoCRM account + one GetCourse account and so on. Services and apps are not limited. You can store more connections in your Albato account than specified in your plan, but you will not be able to start automation with all connections.

### Data operation mode

Our automations support the Real-time data mode and the Data Migration mode. The last one allows you to migrate data for a specified period.

### Automation

It is a scenario between your apps connected to Albato. The number of active automations can be limited.

### Operation

It is a unit that you spend when steps of the automation are completed successfully. The number of operations is equal to the number of steps in the automation.

### Trigger

It is an event that starts an automation.

### Step

Automations consist of steps. It indicates any action on data, for example: sending data to Google Sheets or sending an SMS message.

### Template

This is a ready-made automation with the predefined setting fields.

It is an action that an automation scenario performs when the trigger occurs.
