# How to Connect Device42 to Albato

### Before setting up automations with Device42, connect the app to Albato.

1.  **Access your Albato account**

Log in to your Albato account. If you don't have an account, sign up [here](https://albato.com/).

2.  **Add a new connection**

To do this, go to the **Apps** section and click the **Add a connection** button.

3.  **Search for Device42**

In the search bar, type **Device42** and select it from the menu.

Click **Add a connection** to start the setup process.

4.  **Enter your Device42 credentials**

You'll need to provide your Device42 domain, login, and password.

Your domain can be found in your browser's address bar when logged into Device42 (e.g., https:​//yourdomain.device42.com).

5.  **Complete the setup**

After entering the required information, click **Continue** to establish the connection.

Once the connection is established, you’ll see a success message, and your Device42 account will be connected to Albato.

The connection is ready!
