# How to connect Chat2Desk to Albato

[Chat2Desk is a chat center for sales and support](https://albato.com/apps/chat2desk). Provide customer care in WhatsApp Business API, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook Messenger and free Online chat via Chat2Desk.

**Available triggers**

> Triggers are the events that trigger the automation, All triggers run in real time, i,e, data is transferred in the moment the event occurs

-   Dialogue closed
-   Tag has been added to client
-   Tag has been deleted from client
-   New client send message
-   Client updated
-   New chat message

**Available actions**

> Actions are what Albato performs when your automation is running, Actions also allow you to transfer data to other apps and systems

-   New client
-   Send message
-   Find client
-   Update client by ID
-   Assign tags
-   Get web analytics data

### How to connect Chat2Desk to Albato

Before setting up integrations with **Chat2Desk** connect the app to Albato.

To do this, go to the **Apps** section and click the **Add a connection** button.

Select the app and click the **Add a connection** button.

Come up with a name for your connection.

Enter your API key and Data server.

Click the **Continue** button.

Sign in to [your Chat2Desk account](https://chat2desk.com/en/), go to the **Settings tab -> API.**

Click on the **Show** button, enter your Chat2Desk password and copy the API token.

Enter your API token into the Albato connection field.

Choose your Data sever form the drop-down list.

Click the **Continue** button.

Now you’re all set!
