Automation of Mail Message Forwarding
IN THIS ARTICLE
Please, note: If you will use the same email address for sending emails as for receiving emails, then you only need to set up one connection. If you will use different email accounts for receiving and sending, you will need to set up two connections. One will be used as the trigger for receiving emails and the other as the sender.
Once you have done all the preliminary settings you can go directly to creating the automation.
To do this, go to the section of automations and press the button - create new automation.

After that the system will redirect us to the workspace of automation settings where we will continue creating automation.
Let's create a trigger - receiving a new e-mail and customize it. Select the connection from which we will receive emails and click continue.

Next, I will remove the tag from the email. To do this, add the appropriate tool and customize it.

Then we will move on to adding an action step, directly sending emails.
To do this, click add and select - action, and customize it. Attention in the connection select the connection where the authorized mail address from which we want to send messages.

Customize the step.
In the From field specify the address of the sender. It can be the address of incoming mail from the previous step - if we want to send from the same mailbox to which we received messages and use the same connection or we can manually specify the address authorized in the previously selected connection.
In the To field we specify addresses of recipients, there can be several of them and they are entered with a comma and then a space.
Subject field - can use a new or from the incoming message.
Text field - here is the message that we want to send. Here we also use the result of the Romove Tags tool and enter the message we want to send.
The From field is optional, you can either use the signature from the previous steps or use your own, or leave it blank.
Don't forget to save the settings.

In the end, the automation should look like this.

All that's left is to press the start button.
