How to Share New YouTube Videos to Telegram, Discord, and Facebook Pages
IN THIS ARTICLE
If you want to promote new content more effectively, you can use Albato to automatically share each new video from your YouTube channel in Discord, Telegram, and on your Facebook Pages page as soon as it is published.
In this guide, we will cover how to create the flow between these apps, but you can use the same logic to also send new videos to X, Twilio, email, Slack, and many other apps.
See below a complete guide to create this type of automation.
Connecting the Apps
The first step is to ensure that all the applications we will use in the automation are properly connected to Albato.
To do this, go to the Apps tab on the platform and click Connect App.

Search for each application individually, then follow the instructions on the screen until the connection is successfully confirmed.
Repeat the process for all the applications.
How to Create Your Automation
Once you have all the apps connected, go to the Automations tab and click Add new automation.

In the first step, click here to select a trigger.

Next, choose the YouTube app and the New video on the channel (from a personal channel) trigger.

After clicking save, define which channel this automation will be for. If you have more than one channel and want to create automations for them, you will need one automation per channel.

Next, click here to add an action.

At this point, we will start adding the actions of the apps that we will use to share the details of the newly published video.
To begin, select the Discord app and the Send channel message action.

Then configure the first field with the desired channel ID. This value must be entered manually, and the exact value must be obtained directly from your Discord account.
Next, configure the message as you prefer. You can use fixed values, which will always be sent the same way whenever a new video is published, and dynamic values, which will change according to the video, such as its title and URL.

Click save and then click here to add a new action.

This time, select the Facebook Pages app and then the Create publication on page action.
Also select the desired page at the bottom of the screen.

Configure this step with the same logic as Discord, using fixed and dynamic values in the publication field as desired.

Finally, add the Telegram step with the Send message action.

Just like in Discord, provide the chat ID to which the message should be sent and then customize the text field as you prefer.

Your automation will be ready to use and will look like this.

Now just click here to start it.

As mentioned at the beginning, you can expand this automation even further and add steps from other applications, such as X, email, Slack, Twilio, and many others.
