How to Pay for Additional Transactions

In the new pricing model, transactions are purchased as monthly packages, selected separately from your plan. Your plan defines how you work (individually or as a team), while transaction packages define how much usage you need.
What happens when you reach your transaction limit?
When your transaction package is close to running out, Albato will notify you in advance. If all transactions included in your package are used up, your automations will continue running using additional transactions, so your workflows are not interrupted.
If you have sufficient funds on your balance or a valid payment method on file, Albato will automatically purchase an additional package of 500 transactions.
Additional transactions are priced 50% higher than those included in your package. This mechanism works as a temporary safeguard and gives you time to update your transaction package and choose a more suitable option for your workload.
How to update your transaction package
You can update your transaction package at any time. To do this, go to the Billing section in your Albato account, select a new transaction package, and click Update. The selected package will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period.
We recommend monitoring your transaction usage and updating your package as soon as you see that your current limit may not be sufficient. This helps you avoid using additional transactions and keeps your automations running smoothly, even during periods of increased activity.
