How to Purchase Additional Transactions

At the beginning of each billing cycle, you receive a set number of transactions based on the transaction package you selected.
These transactions are used to run your automations. If you reach your package limit (for example, if all 5,000 transactions are used), Albato automatically purchases additional transaction packages of 500 transactions each.
The payment is charged from your account balance or from your linked card, if one is connected.
If no bank card is linked to your account and there are not enough funds on your balance, additional transactions cannot be purchased automatically.
In this case, your automations are paused until payment is made. To avoid interruptions, we recommend enabling auto-payment or keeping a positive balance on your account. Albato notifies you in advance when you are close to your limit and when additional transactions start being used. Additional transactions cost 50% more than those included in your package.
This gives you time to switch to a more suitable package without stopping your integrations.
