How to Сonnect and Сonfigure Webhook for EzyCourse to Albato

    IN THIS ARTICLE

EzyCourse is a digital platform where you can create and sell online courses, as well as create a digital space where your students can interact with your content and build a learning community.

By connecting this app with Albato, hundreds of other possibilities will be unlocked, helping you receive send the data collected on this platform to over 800 other apps.

All of this will help you manage your courses better and automate processes that previously required a lot of time and resources.

Below, see all the triggers and actions available in EzyCourse.

    Available Triggers:

Triggers are events that initiate automation. All triggers (webhooks) are executed in real-time, which means the data is transferred as soon as the event occurs. For API triggers, Albato will check if the action has been completed at intervals of 1 to 15 minutes, depending on the type of plan you have.

    • New sign-up
    • New sale
    • New product enrollment

    Available Actions:

Actions are the steps of your automation after the trigger. Actions allow you to transfer data to other apps and systems.

    • Register a student
    • Register and enroll a student
    • Enroll product
    • Subscription cycle completed
    • Unenroll product
    • Toggle lesson progress
    • Add tag to a student
    • Custom API request

Now that you know what’s possible with our EzyCourse integration, see how to set up this integration step by step.
In this content, we’ll mainly cover how to create the connection and how to set up the Webhook.

Note that your token will also appear.
You can copy this token and add it to Albato, just above the location where the webhook is available.

    9.jpg

In the blank field at EzyCourse, add the Webhook we copied from Albato.
When registering your webhook URL, you must add the event name at the end, for example:

    https://h.albato.com/wh/.../newsignup

    10.png

Repeat the process by adding other events using the same webhook, but modifying the ending. Example:

    • New Sign-up → newsignup
    • New Product Enrollment → newproductenrollment
    • New Sale → newsale

Now just click Save, and you will have all these events mapped and ready to be used as triggers in your automations on Albato.

Your connection will also be ready, and you will be able to use it to send data (actions) from other apps to EzyCourse!
