RingCentral is a cloud-based communication platform that helps teams manage calls, SMS, and video meetings in one place. By connecting RingCentral with Albato, you can automate workflows and sync data with 800+ apps, including AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude. Follow the steps below to set it up.
- Log in to your Albato account.
- Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.
- Search for RingCentral, select it, and click Add a connection again.
- Name your connection.
- To get your Client ID and Client Secret, log in to your RingCentral Developer account.
- Click on Register App.
- Select Rest API App, then click Next.
- Next, fill in all required fields.
- In the OAuth Redirect URI field, paste:
https://r.albato.com/oauth/back/stateMake sure to match the remaining fields exactly as shown in the screenshot.
- Click Create.
- Next, copy the generated Client ID and Client Secret.
- Paste your Client ID and Client Secret on the Albato page, then click Continue.
- Click Grant Albato access.
- You’ll be redirected to RingCentral in a new browser tab. Click Authorize to complete the connection.
