How to Connect RingCentral to Albato

RingCentral is a cloud-based communication platform that helps teams manage calls, SMS, and video meetings in one place. By connecting RingCentral with Albato, you can automate workflows and sync data with 800+ apps, including AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude. Follow the steps below to set it up.

1. Log in to your Albato account.

2. Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.

3. Search for RingCentral, select it, and click Add a connection again.

4. Name your connection.

5. To get your Client ID and Client Secret, log in to your RingCentral Developer account.

6. Click on Register App.

7. Select Rest API App, then click Next.

8. Next, fill in all required fields.

9. In the OAuth Redirect URI field, paste: https://r.albato.com/oauth/back/state Make sure to match the remaining fields exactly as shown in the screenshot.

10. Click Create.

11. Next, copy the generated Client ID and Client Secret.

12. Paste your Client ID and Client Secret on the Albato page, then click Continue.

13. Click Grant Albato access.

14. You’ll be redirected to RingCentral in a new browser tab. Click Authorize to complete the connection.
