Optimove is a customer-led marketing platform that helps businesses personalize messaging, automate customer journeys, and optimize retention strategies. Connect Optimove with Albato to integrate it with over 800+ apps, including AI tools like Claude and Grok. Follow the steps below to set it up.
- Log in to your Albato account.
- Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.
- Search for Optimove, select it, and click Add a connection again.
- Name your connection.

In a new tab, log in to your Optimove personal account.

As an admin user, go to the Settings page. Under General, click API Key Management. Then, click the + New API Key button.
- Set a Nickname, your Contact Email. Next, choose an Access Type: • Select Admin for full API permissions. • Select Integrations for channel integration purposes. Finally, click Activate Key.
- Copy the generated API key. Return to Albato and paste your API key into the input field. Finally, click Continue.
