Follow the steps below to set it up.
- Log in to your Albato account.
- Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.
- Search for Jira Service Management, select it, and click Add a connection again.
- Name your connection and click Add a connection again.
- Click on Grant Albato access. This will redirect you to Atlassian’s site.
- Log in to your Atlassian’s account.
- Then, choose the workspace you want to connect to.
- Finally, click Accept to authorize Albato’s integration access.
