How to Connect Freshservice to Albato

Freshservice is a cloud-based IT service management (ITSM) platform that helps businesses streamline operations. Connect Freshservice with Albato to integrate it with over 800+ apps, including AI tools like CharGPT and Grok. Follow the steps below to set it up.
- Log in to your Albato account.
- Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.
- Search for Freshservice, select it, and click Add a connection again.
- In a new tab, log in to your Freshservice account.
- Click on your avatar and go to Profile Settings.
- Next, click Your API Key.
- Copy your API key.
- Return to Albato and paste the API Key into the input field. Then, copy your company’s domain from the browser address bar and enter it. Click Continue.
