Formsite is an online form building software that allows businesses to create contact and lead forms, surveys, order pages and registration workflows. Connect Formsite with Albato to integrate it with over 800+ apps, including AI tools like Claude and Gemini. Follow the steps below to set it up.
- Log in to your Albato account.
- Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.
- Search for Formsite, select it, and click Add a connection again.
- In a new tab, log in to your Formsite account.
- Click on Settings.
- Then, go to Integrations. Click View next to the API integration section.
- Copy your Formsite URL and Access Token (click Show to view it).
- Return to Albato and paste the URL and Access Token into the input fields. Click Continue.
- Copy your Webhook URL from Albato.
- Go back to the Integrations section in Formsite.

Click Edit next to the Webhook integration.

Paste your Webhook URL into the input field.
