How to Connect BigCommerce to Albato

BigCommerce is an ecommerce platform that helps businesses build, scale, and manage online stores across multiple sales channels. Connect BigCommerce with Albato to integrate it with over 800+ apps, including AI tools like ChatGPT and Grok. Follow the steps below to set it up.

Go to the Apps section and click Add a connection.

Search for BigCommerce, select it, and click Add a connection again.

Name your connection.

In a new tab, go to your BigCommerce personal account.

Navigate to Settings → Store-level API accounts.

Click the Create API Account button.

Set your account name. Enable all permissions in modify/create/full mode as shown in the example screenshot. Then, click on Save.

Click Save, then, a .txt file will be downloaded automatically.

From that file, copy the access token and the store’s hash string (visible as part of the BigCommerce store URL).

Return to Albato and paste both Store hash and Access token into the input fields. Click Continue.

Your connection is ready, and you can now create automations with Albato and BigCommerce. If you have any issues, contact support via the live chat on our website.
